Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains (German Supply Chain Act; LkSG)

Good entrepreneurship means acting responsibly. For us, this also includes our clear commitment to human rights as well as environmental and social standards. This commitment applies both to our own business activities and to our global supply chains, to our employees and to our business partners, to the procurement of our raw materials and to the distribution and marketing of our products.

We are convinced that together we can make a positive contribution to respecting human rights and the environment.

With the German Supply Chain Act, the legislator has created a framework that is intended to ensure responsible and sustainable value creation along the entire supply chain. The law is intended to help counteract existing and future human rights violations or prevent them from happening in the first place.

In this context, we have adopted a policy statement in accordance with § 6 LkSG. In this statement, we commit to respecting human rights and environmental concerns within our own business activities and in our global supply chains. We also have a complaints procedure in accordance with § 8 LkSG in the form of our rules of procedure. This procedure can be used to report both internal and external human rights violations or indications of potential risks. These are then followed up immediately.

The documents are updated and published at regular intervals.
