Our identity

Who are we? What makes us us? And above all: what sets Bahlsen apart from other companies? Employees from all parts of the company set out to answer these questions together and looked at what makes Bahlsen special. From these conversations and discussions, a description of our identity emerged: "This is Bahlsen."

Our corporate values

Another important component of the corporate culture at Bahlsen are our corporate values. Curiosity, courage, support and ambition are forming the framework of our collaboration and are the basis of how we work togetherour cooperation at Bahlsen.

We are curious. We are always looking for new opportunities and solutions. Nothing’s impossible. Should we get stuck, we ask ourselves: "What could we change to achieve our goal?". We know that we don't know everything. Our curiosity drives us to learn from others and find inspiration everywhere. We seek open dialogue. We like unconventional ideas best.

Courage

For us, being courageous means experimenting and taking risks. This is how we discover new opportunities. We realise that not every step can be perfect. We learn from our mistakes and we constantly grow. Courage means that we take personal responsibility and play an active role in shaping our work. We hold open discussions as equals and dare to give uncomfortable feedback.

Ambition

For us, ambition means we give our best every day. Being first-class is our claim. The quality of our products has always defined us. Ambition means challenging ourselves every day and to keep on asking: "How can we make good things even better?". As a team, we seek the competition so that we can continue to grow together.
